"Condition" gets used loosely online, so here's exactly what the labels on our
listings mean:

Comics: Near Mint (looks new), Very Fine (light handling, no creases), Fine
(read but cared for), Good (a reader's copy — creases or wear, still complete).

Toys: Mint in Box (sealed or never removed), Displayed (out of the box but not
played with), Loose (no box, played-with wear), Complete in Box (all original
pieces present, box shows age).

If something doesn't cleanly fit a label, we say so in the item description
instead of rounding up.

back issues in better shape than expected, plus a couple of wind-up toys that
still work after probably sixty years of sitting in a closet. Everything's graded
and up in the shop now.
