Picacho Hills

A hillside community on the West Mesa, built around a private country club, with views across the Mesilla Valley to the Organ Mountains.

Picacho Hills sits on the West Mesa, above the Rio Grande and across the valley from the Organ Mountains. Its curving streets and elevated lots make the most of that position, with the lights of the Mesilla Valley below and the mountains on the horizon.

The community is built around Picacho Hills Country Club, a private club whose 18-hole course dates to 1979. Club membership is separate from buying a home here, so ask what's included, and what isn't, for any property you're considering.

You'll find a range of homes, including custom builds, and HOA rules can shape what you're able to build or change. The setting is quieter than the East Mesa, and Mesilla and downtown are still a short drive away.

Neighborhood guides are general information, not guarantees. Always confirm details like school assignment, HOA rules, and utilities for the specific property you're considering.
