What this site stores in your browser

Saved listings, your recently-viewed listings, and your English/Spanish language choice are stored using your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device — it's never sent to Julia, to us, or to anyone else. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Forms on this site

The newsletter signup, Contact form, "What's My Home Worth?" form, and each listing's "Schedule a Tour" and "Ask Julia About This Property" forms are built and validated, but as of this writing they are not yet connected to an email or lead-management service — submitting one shows an on-page message saying so rather than sending your information anywhere. This notice will be updated once a real service is connected, and that section will describe what's collected and how it's used.

Maps and location services

Listing pages and the Contact page embed a Google Map, and the Listings page shows a map of every current listing built with Leaflet and free OpenStreetMap map tiles. Loading either connects to Google or the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which may set their own cookies or collect usage data under Google's or OpenStreetMap's own privacy policy — this site doesn't control that.

The "What's My Home Worth?" form's address field may also offer address suggestions as you type, using Google's Places service — this only runs when the site has a Google Maps API key configured; if it doesn't, the field is a plain text box and nothing is sent to Google.

Analytics

This site does not currently use any analytics or tracking service. If that changes, this page will be updated to say what's in use.

Cookies

This site does not set its own cookies. The embedded maps above may set cookies belonging to Google or the OpenStreetMap Foundation.
